The club is booming....best get your registration completed for Session 3 to ensure your participation in the league of your choice.

 

Friday Recreational Jitney @ 7 pm - Come join newcomers from the Learn to Curl program for a great social fun Evening!  Teams will be made up by the people in attendance.  If you have a friend wanting to try curling bring them out by registering their name under the Upcoming Events.

Thinking of trying the sport of curling?

Curling is an unique sport that requires both skill and strategy.  It is often referred to as chess on ice.  It is a lifelong sport that can be learned at any age.  Whether playing in a fun league or in a competitive ladder the emphasis is always on sportmanship and fair play.  Being a social sport by nature, it is not uncommon for teams to socialize off the ice where lasting friendships are often made.

The Kincardine Curling Club is committed to the development and continued growth of the fantastic sport of Curling....and we want to teach you how to play this great Canadian sport!

Our Instructor Team provides classes for all abilities to get you comfortable on the ice and in the game.

REQUIRED FOR ALL PROGRAMS:

Wear warm and comfortable clothes that are easy to bend and stretch in (jeans are not recommended).  Please bring:

• a CLEAN pair of indoor running shoes free of any rocks, dirt, dust, debris
• gloves (preferably leather)
• CSA approved helmets (Curling, hockey or snowboarding) are strongly recommended
• all other equipment is provided for you.
